§ 01Manifesto

How we think.

Technology should make companies more human, not less.

AIwill change how almost every part of a company works, and we think that's exciting. But it's easy to get so absorbed in automation, dashboards and efficiency that you forget the people.

People build companies and work inside them. They experience brands, trust, hesitate, complain, recommend and come back.

So we build technology around humans. AI works beside us, data informs us and automation clears away the work nobody should be doing.

Empathy, creativity, judgment, relationships and ideas stay human.

Growth happens when one person creates enough value for another person to care.

§ 02Principles

Six principles we work by.

Pinned up where we can see them.

  • No. 01

We start with the problem, then decide whether AI belongs in the answer.

  • No. 02

We start with the customer, then the advertising.

  • No. 03

We automate what shouldn't need human attention.

  • No. 04

We use data to see what's real.

  • No. 05

We expect good work to be creative and to perform.

  • No. 06

Growth can come from anywhere in the business.

It can come from your product, operations, customer experience, technology, sales, people or marketing.

Our job is to find it.

§ 03Technology philosophy

Technology should adapt to people. Not the other way around.

  1. You shouldn't need a course to use AI.
  2. You shouldn't have to reorganise your company because someone sold you software.
  3. And you shouldn't need thirteen dashboards to understand your own business.

The best systems fit around the way people already work. That's what we build.

§ 04Marketing philosophy

We market to people, not clicks.

Nobody wakes up wanting to see an ad.

Nobody thinks “I am currently in the consideration stage.”

What people actually do

People

  1. notice something
  2. get curious
  3. compare
  4. hesitate
  5. ask a friend
  6. search
  7. feel something
  8. and then decide.

Understand the person. Then design the system.

§ 05Questions first

We walk in with questions.

Not a solution.

Questions we ask

  1. 1.What takes too long?
  2. 2.What frustrates your customers?
  3. 3.Where are you losing leads?
  4. 4.What does your team do by hand, over and over?
  5. 5.What can't you find when you need it?
  6. 6.What do customers keep asking?
  7. 7.Where is money leaking?
  8. 8.What's stopping you from growing?

Only after that do we decide whether the answer is marketing, design, software, automation, AI or something much simpler.

§ 06Process

How we work.

  1. 01

    Listen.

Customers, staff, management and data each tell part of the story. We listen before we prescribe.

  2. 02

    Find the friction.

Where are you losing time, attention, money, customers or information?

  3. 03

    Design the system.

People, process, creative, technology, AI. Whatever the problem needs.

  4. 04

    Put it into the world.

A campaign, a website, a workflow, an agent, a product.

  5. 05

    Learn.

Measure what happened. Talk to people again.

  6. 06

    Improve.

Keep what works, change what doesn't, scale what matters.
