This website is run by KALP PTE LTD, a company based in Singapore. This page explains what the site collects and why. We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

What we collect

  • Messages you send us. The contact form asks for your name, email, company (optional), what you need help with, and your message. We use these only to reply to you and to talk about working together.
  • Basic server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical details such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and we don't sell or rent personal data. The site's fonts are served from our own domain.

Who helps us

  • Web3Forms receives what you type into the contact form directly from your browser and emails it to our inbox. Web3Forms processes and may store that message under its own privacy policy. The site doesn't keep its own copy.
  • hCaptcha (through Web3Forms) checks that a form was sent by a person, not a bot. It may process technical signals from your browser, such as your IP address, for that check.
  • Our hosting provider serves the website and keeps the server logs described above.

These providers may process data outside Singapore, under their own security and privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to reply and to follow up on any work that comes from them, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent to our using it. Send the request through the contact form and we'll reply.

Changes

If what the site collects changes, we'll update this page and its date.
