AI & Automation
Take away the work that shouldn't need a human, and keep people where they matter.
AI is a coworker with a job and a human who decides. We look for repetitive work, copying between tools and information that's hard to find, then build practical systems around the way your team already works.
§ 01 · The problem
Is the work behind the counter flowing?
Tag 01
If someone spends every evening copying WhatsApp messages into Excel.
Tag 02
If leads wait in inboxes because nobody has time to follow up.
Tag 03
If documents, receipts and quotes are handled by hand.
Tag 04
If your tools don't talk to each other.
§ 02 · Who it helps
Who it helps.
- SMEs held together by WhatsApp, spreadsheets and memory.
- Teams buried in admin.
- Businesses that want to use AI but don't want a gimmick.
§ 03 · Why it matters
Why it matters.
Every hour your business stops wasting is an hour it can spend growing.
Done well, automation removes the busywork without removing the judgement and relationships your customers value.
§ 04 · The goods hoist
AI is our coworker. Humans are still in charge.

- Decide
- Approve
Technology does the busywork. People make the calls.
§ 05 · Our approach
How we approach it.
- 01
Find the busywork
Look at how the work actually happens and where time leaks.
- 02
Start small
Automate one clear task first, and check it with the people who do it.
- 03
Keep a person in charge
Decide where AI drafts, sorts or flags, and where a person approves.
- 04
Connect and extend
Link the tools you already use, then build on what works.
§ 06 · What the work can include
What the work can include.

What you could get.
- A map of where time goes
- Workflow automations and integrations
- AI assistants for specific, bounded tasks
- Documentation and training for your team
- Monitoring so you know it's working
§ 08 · How we judge it
How we judge whether it's working.
Time saved, errors avoided, speed of response, and whether the team actually uses it. If an automation doesn't earn its keep, we change it or switch it off.

§ 10 · Questions
Fair questions.
Will AI replace our staff?
That isn't what we build. AI takes the repetitive parts so your people can spend more time on customers and decisions. A person stays in charge.
Do we need to change all our software?
Usually not. We start with the tools your team already uses and connect them.
What about our data?
It depends on the tools and the data involved, so we check before building anything: what data is used, where it goes, who can see it, and your obligations under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.
§ 11 · Next step
Tell us what's holding you back.
- We listen before we prescribe.
- We'll tell you if the fix is simpler than you think.
