#01-01The whole house
Growth & Strategy
Find out what's really holding growth back, and decide what to fix first.
Before anyone builds a campaign or a website, someone should look at the whole business. We study how you sell, how customers find and choose you, and where things slow down. Then we agree what to fix first, and we say so when the fix is simpler than you expected.

§ 01 · The problem
Do you know what's really holding you back?
If revenue has flattened and nobody agrees why.
If marketing spend keeps going up, but the business doesn't feel it.
If every team has a different idea of what to do next.
If you're about to launch something and want the positioning right first.
§ 02 · Who it helps
Who it helps.
- (a)
Founders and owners who want a clear plan before they spend.
- (b)
Teams preparing a launch, a new market or a new offer.
- (c)
Businesses that have tried a few things and want to know what actually matters.
§ 03 · Why it matters
Measure the whole house first.
Growth problems usually get treated where they show up. Sales fall, so someone buys more ads. Often the cause is somewhere else: the offer, the price, the website, the follow-up, or the way a team works. A clear diagnosis saves the money you would otherwise spend on the wrong fix.
The offer
Is it clear what you sell, and who it's for?
The price
Does it match what customers think it's worth?
The website
Do visitors find what they came for?
The follow-up
Does anyone get back to the enquiry, and how fast?
The way a team works
Where does time leak behind the counter?
§ 04 · Our approach
How we approach it.
- 01
Listen
Customers, staff, management and data each tell part of the story. We listen before we prescribe.
- 02
Find the friction
Where are you losing time, attention, money, customers or information?
- 03
Prioritise
Rank what to fix by effort and likely effect, and agree what not to do yet.
- 04
Plan
A practical plan with owners, an order of work and a way to tell whether it's working.
§ 05 · What the work can include
What the work can include.

§ 06 · What you could get
What you could get.
- D-01A growth diagnosis: what's working, what isn't, and why we think so
- D-02Positioning and messaging direction
- D-03A prioritised plan for the next quarter
- D-04The measures that will tell you whether it's working
§ 07 · How we judge it
How we judge whether it's working.
We agree the measures before the work starts: enquiries, conversion, revenue per customer, time saved, or whatever matters to your business. Then we report against them honestly, including what didn't move.

§ 09 · Questions
Fair questions.
Do we need a strategy project before anything else?
Not always. If the problem is obvious and small, we'll say so and get on with it. Strategy work earns its place when the cause isn't clear or the stakes are high.
Will you tell us not to do something?
Yes. We'd rather tell you a simpler fix exists, or that a piece of work isn't worth doing yet, than sell you something you don't need.
How do you start?
With a conversation about what's holding you back. We'll ask a lot of questions before we suggest anything.
§ 10 · Next step
Tell us what's holding you back.
- We listen before we prescribe.
- We'll tell you if the fix is simpler than you think.
